8 แต่ดาเนียลตั้งใจไว้ว่าจะไม่กระทำตัวให้เป็นมลทินด้วยอาหารสูงของพระราชา หรือด้วยเหล้าองุ่นซึ่งพระองค์ดื่ม เพราะฉะนั้นเขาจึงขอหัวหน้าขันทีให้ยอมเขาที่ไม่กระทำตัวให้เป็นมลทิน
9 และพระเจ้าทรงให้หัวหน้าขันทีชอบและสมเพชดาเนียล
10 และหัวหน้าขันทีจึงกล่าวแก่ดาเนียลว่า "ข้าเกรงว่าพระราชาเจ้านายของข้าผู้ทรงกำหนดอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของเจ้า ทอดพระเนตรเห็นว่า พวกเจ้ามีหน้าซูบซีดกว่าบรรดาคนหนุ่มๆอายุรุ่นราวคราวเดียวกัน เจ้าก็จะกระทำให้ศีรษะของข้าเข้าสู่อันตรายเพราะพระราชา"
11 แล้วดาเนียลจึงกล่าวแก่มหาดเล็กผู้ที่หัวหน้าขันทีกำหนดให้ดูแลดาเนียล ฮานันยาห์ มิชาเอล และอาซาริยาห์
12 ว่า "ขอท่านจงทดลองผู้รับใช้ของท่านสักสิบวัน ขอให้เขานำผักมาให้เรากินและน้ำมาให้เราดื่ม
13 แล้วให้ท่านตรวจดูหน้าตาของเราทั้งหลาย เทียบกับหน้าตาของบรรดาอนุชนผู้รับประทานอาหารสูงของพระราชา และเมื่อท่านเห็นอย่างไรแล้วจงกระทำแก่ผู้รับใช้ของท่านอย่างนั้น"
14 เขาก็ยอมทำตามคนเหล่านั้นในเรื่องนี้และทดลองเขาอยู่สิบวัน
15 เมื่อครบสิบวันแล้วจึงเห็นว่าบรรดาคนเหล่านั้นรูปร่างหน้าตาดีกว่า และเนื้อหนังเต่งตั่งกว่าบรรดาอนุชนที่รับประทานอาหารสูงของพระราชา
16 ดังนั้นมหาดเล็กจึงนำอาหารสูงส่วนของเขาทั้งหลาย และเหล้าองุ่นซึ่งเขาทั้งหลายควรจะได้ดื่มนั้นไปเสีย และให้ผักแก่เขา
8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.
9 Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.
10 And the prince of the eunuchs said unto Daniel, I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your meat and your drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than the children which are of your sort? then shall ye make me endanger my head to the king.
11 Then said Daniel to Melzar, whom the prince of the eunuchs had set over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah,
12 Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink.
13 Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenance of the children that eat of the portion of the king's meat: and as thou seest, deal with thy servants.
14 So he consented to them in this matter, and proved them ten days.
15 And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat.
16 Thus Melzar took away the portion of their meat, and the wine that they should drink; and gave them pulse.

- อย่าให้พระเจ้าเสียพระทัยในชีวิตของเรา
หากเปรียบภาพฝ่ายวิญญาณแล้ว
ผู้ที่เข้าสนิทในความชอบธรรมของพระเจ้าก็ย่อมเจริญกว่าผู้ที่เข้าสนิททางโลก
จงรักษาชีวิตเราอย่าให้มีมลทินด้วยความบาป
จงนำตัวเข้ามาอยู่ในทางของพระเจ้า
และรักษาความชอบธรรมไว้อย่าละเลย

บริสุทธิ์ ชอบธรรม ในทุกสิ่ง
12 ขอท่านจงทดลองผู้รับใช้ของท่านสักสิบวัน ขอให้เขานำผักมาให้เรากินและน้ำมาให้เราดื่ม
เป็นความมั่นใจที่ดาเนียลมีต่อพระเจ้าของเขา เพราะเขาเชื่ออย่างมั่นคงว่า พระองค์ทรงเป็นพระผู้เลี้ยงในชีวิต
14 เขาก็ยอมทำตามคนเหล่านั้นในเรื่องนี้และทดลองเขาอยู่สิบวัน
15 เมื่อครบสิบวันแล้วจึงเห็นว่าบรรดาคนเหล่านั้นรูปร่างหน้าตาดีกว่า และเนื้อหนังเต่งตั่งกว่าบรรดาอนุชนที่รับประทานอาหารสูงของพระราชา
พระเจ้าทรงตอบสนองต่อความไว้วางใจและความตั้งใจจริงของดาเนียลด้วยการเลี้ยงดูที่ส่งผลถึงสภาพภายนอก
มนุษย์จะบำรุงชีวิตด้วยอาหารเพียงอย่างเดียวก็หามิได้ แต่บำรุงด้วยพระวจนะทุกคำที่ออกมาจากพระโอษฐ์ของพระเจ้า
G give us knowledge and skill in both ur dream and life. In addition, we are gifted in understanding all sorts of visions
obey th rules if u obey G's rules u'll have success.
stick to ur task when u're hardest hit it's when things seem worst that u mustn't quit. keep trying like daniel believe G and adhere G's rules they in the bible. and u can pray and talk to G.
do everything without complaining or arguing like daniel when he was in bad situation. G's thoughts are higher than ur thoughts
if we are discourage when things turn down like this verse we were not free we 're captured by others and had to follow another rules it's bad just follow G's rule don't complain with anyone or argue with someone who doesnt' understand but G be with u and u can do it.
